Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! Things are sometimes out of your control. I want to be considerate and fair to all my clients and mindful of my own time.
Considering this I have implemented the following policies:
Cancelling with more than 24 hour notice
If a client cancels their appointment with 24+ hour notice, no fee will be assessed.
Cancelling with less than 24 hour notice
Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice requires a phone call or text to Emily at 607-481-5714. Please do not email to cancel. Please leave a message with your name and appointment time if I am unable to answer.
Cancellation without 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Future bookings will be denied till payment is made. Promos and discounts will not be taken into consideration when calculating the fee.
Failure to come to a scheduled appointment
Failure to come to the scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Future bookings will be denied till payment is made. Promos and discounts will not be taken into consideration when calculating the fee.
Please make sure your phone and email are always up to date so that you receive your appointment reminders!
Late Arrival
Late arrival may affect the length of your session time. I will always do my best to fulfill the scheduled service but reserve the right to shorten a session due to late arrival if it affects my other clients. The client is still liable for the full payment amount. Please arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit to fill out an intake form if you have not filled out the digital form in your confirmation.
